I got my hair cut at Rita's. Rita (the business owner) cut my hair, but did not cut it correctly. I showed her a picture and she made it look very different it a bad way! I was disappointed, especially since I paid a lot of money!

I was not proud of the job that was done. I got my eyebrows waxed and almost half of one of them was taken off. they were uneven and not clean. the lady tried to lie and hide it. the least she could have done was apologize and admit to a mistake rather than coming on the verge of tears.
