Lake Forest & Lindenhurst Health and Fitness Center operates within the facility of Centers Lake Forest Hospital. The health center offers cardiovascular fitness, orthopedic medicine, sports medicine, physical therapy, and a wide variety of health and wellness programs. It also provides more than 100 classes a week, including a variety of aerobic, stretch and strength, prenatal, arthritis, yoga and power cycling classes. Additionally, multidisciplinary programs are available for those with cancer, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and cardiovascular diseases.
