      The best decision I ever made!

      I used Debbie, who I found out has done over 10,000 permanent cosmetic procedures and is an author of training DVDs and books. My permanent eyeliner and eyebrow makeup is flawless. I am so happy I now look like I have long lashes too. Thank you Debbie!
