Headquartered in Lake Forest, Calif., Insight has fixed-site and mobile facilities in more than 30 states, with a substantial presence in California, Arizona, Texas, New England, the Mid-Atlantic region and the southeast region of the country. InSight Health Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of InSight Health Services Corporation, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of InSight Health Services Holdings Corporation. J. W. Childs Equity Partners, a Boston-based private investment firm, and Halifax Capital Partners, a private equity firm, own all of the outstanding common stock of InSight Health Services Holdings Corporation.
