Acquired services from Extend a hand inc. Services were planned terribly. There was communication breakdown with any type of leadership and myself. Basic protocol was NOT followed by this vendor in numerous instances which could have threatened the life or well being of people that they were employed to protect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES!. horrible!
