I am very pleased with the changes at the property I rent over the last few months. Since Beeline has taken over the management I have seen things start happening. The disposal works now and gardeners come once a week not once a month. great improvement!

I have recently hired Beeline to handle my rental as of June and all I can say is positive things about them. The fees are more than fair and my house was only vacant for 19 days before they had it rented out! Good service and a good price for how much they do. I know my home is taken care of and they found me a tenant that pays on time every month. It took my home longer to rent than I wanted, but they told me my price was too high and I didn't listen. After I tried to rent it out for a while, I came down to the price they recommended and it rented within four days. They gave me the right advice from the beginning.
