- Employment LitigationSince joining Reding & Pilney in 2002, Andrew's litigation practice has focused on civil litigation and trials in Minnesota and Wisconsin. That trial practice includes personal injury, accident, commercial trucking, employment disputes, insurance coverage and subrogation, and construction disputes between contractors, subcontractors and property owners, including claims involving property damage and personal injury. Prior to joining Reding & Pilney, Andrew focused on litigation involving employment, labor and construction disputes, both in private practice and as corporate counsel for Menard, Inc.
- Construction LitigationThe focus of Jay's work is representing parties in litigation matters involving personal injury, product liability, wrongful death, construction litigation and business disputes. Since his admission to practice law in 1988, Jay has earned the respect of his clients and fellow lawyers. He has tried many jury trials and has represented clients before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Minnesota Supreme Court.

- Personal InjuryPrior to joining Reding & Pilney, Gabe graduated with a Business Administration degree with a focus in Finance from the University of St. Thomas before attending law school at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. During his law school studies, Gabe was named to the Dean’s List and was the winner of the Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Competition. At Reding & Pilney, Gabe focuses his litigation practice on personal injury and other general litigation matters.
