These people are a rip off. They've changed their name several times I suspect to avoid unhappy customers. They do not have a current license to do business in the state of Minnesota yet they think they can get away with charging $160.00 per hour labor rate. They billed me $1120.00 to replace a carburetor on my 2014 Onan Generator and I provided the $340.00 carburetor! I asked Randy 3 different times how much it was going to cost and he kept telling me "Oh I would have to add up the hours and let you know". So after researching a carburetor replacement and finding out it was a 1 hour job I figured 2 to 3 hours total for diagnosis and replacement. Even at $160 an hour that's only $480.00! When I went to pick up my rig and found out it was $1120 my jaw dropped! They wouldn't take credit cards so all they got was the $500 cash I had on me and Randy also kept 2 brand new Onan fuel pumps and fuel filters I originally left with him thinking my fuel pump was bad. The value of those parts was over $240.00. And then to top it all off, I told him I could smell gas in the crankcase oil and for $1120 I didn't even get a $30.00 oil change! I had to change the oil myself! I don't know where he gets off thinking he can charge $160.00 per hour labor when most AUTHORIZED RV repair places don't even charge that amount. He works out of his home and for cash. Not legitimate. Very disappointed.

For those of you looking for repairs on your rvs . heres food for thought i had roof damage from hail bad enough to cause water damage on the inside all seemed fine until the next big rain storm when it leaked like a sieve.they said that they sealed it the first time so i brought it back and told them the ceiling had spotted ,so they sealed it again .all in all take it to a dependable rv repair for a roof seal. Wasted time and alot of money!!!!!
