Lincoln High School, located in Lake City, Minn., is part of Lake City Public Schools. It is a coeducational, college preparatory school for students in grades seven through 12 and enrolls more than 700 students. Courses offered are based upon state and local graduation requirements. It provides a comprehensive educational program, including core subjects, such as mathematics, language arts, social studies and science. Advanced placement courses are available for students who wish to earn college credit while in high school and career objectives are included in all content areas throughout the curriculum. Students participate in student government, academic competitions, community service and a variety of student-interest organizations. It offers many team and individual sports, including football, volleyball, basketball, track and tennis.
