Do not use this company. Use a company that does their own concrete work and the entire job. Otherwise you'll have a mess. We had a garage installed after getting the concrete poured from another company as this company does not offer that. Concrete is required to be poured first sadly in our county. we live in Pasco County which also requires a permit. We had to get our own permit, this company also does none of that for you. The concrete person made the pad a foot to large. The installers ignored this, ignored their own blue prints and put the building up without even looking at the blue prints that were there. The building didn't pass inspection. We contacted them and they assured us they would resolve the issue. They did by having their own engineer sign off on the job so it will pass. That's fine and dandy and the garage is finally completed. Problem? They billed us for the engineer which was over $200 and expect us to pay it and will not take responsibility for it. This also includes KEENE Buildings in Brooksville. Neither the local company or the main company will be responsible. Would not use them again. Clearly they only care about the money and not their reputation as a company.
