As of Jan 2017 this complex is not all that. Its suppost to have a locked gate but gates hasnt worked in awhile, they have bug problems in the apartments and when asked to fix issue they act as if they dont hear you when pest control is part of the rent agreement. Other renters are unfriendly to children and will use very bad language to them. There is also alot of drug use in the apartments to the point you can smell it very loudly. Also they will not work with you and will have you evicted for being oneday behind on rent even after management agrees to work with you. There very two face.

Love these apartments. Alot better then others in town. Gated when it works, and the maintenance crew is awesome and always come when you call. Front office people are always polite and even understand if you get a little behind. Been here almost 2 years! Alot of family's and business people live here as well, the pool is awesome and always clean! Being right down the road from a ruff spot in town kinda stinks and being next to a school gets a lil busy during drop off and pick up hours but other then that the place is great!

My experience here has been horrible my sister and I rent a unit and this is the worst place ever. Dish Network is included in the rent, Dish is always searching for a signal (even with the sun shining). When I reported my Dish problem I was told to contact Dish myself. Since I work midnights, I was concerned with my safety, we were told the gate remains closed at all times. I've lived here six months and the gate is always open, even when entering the gate several cars follow you into the complex. Maintenance is horrible, the hallways in the units are never cleaned nor vacuumed. I don't recommend these apartments.

The staff is very nice, our apartment is a bit small, however great for the price. I would say i'm overall happy with this place. We have had a couple of issues and maintenance responded right away. My only negative is that its next door to a middle school, so traffic can get backed up during certain hours. Also the neighborhoods down the street... well I wouldnt let me kids walk down it alone. Too many homeless people just hanging around standing in the street. However besides that my stay has been pleasent.
