      I'm a regular customer of Bob Evans because my job is located slightly downhill from them! I'm a supervisor and my entire staff will usually purchase a Bob Evans meal at least twice a week. They have always did their best to satisfy us and I never had any major complaints until October 7 2014. I have been bragging to my family about the chili and finally my mom and grandmother decided to try it. Well unfortunately after I paid for it the cashier alarmed me they were out. I spoke to the manager who was quite rude until I mentioned I too was a supervisor and customers should feel a little more important. After a couple minutes he decided to ask would I like them to make more. I was very upset but politely stated no just a refund. The crew was professional and the food is awesome. I do think that after all the business I generated and advertising management would be more considerate.

      Too much chicken on menu. Food ok. A bit pricey. Polite waitresses.
