Glenn Allen has about 45 years experience in the appliance service industry and about 25 years at the same location on the Branford Hwy (623 s.w State Road 247), in fact I was here before Bascom Norris was an itch in the Columbia County Britches. I am not just here to sell ya'll parts or just service your broke stuff. I am here to assist you and to help you acquire the knowledge and parts you need and want and help you make wise decisions concerning your appliance difficulties and needs. P.S. Unprofessional, he will drop everything and leave in the middle of your job. Asking questions can constitute you having an attitude that he chooses not to stay and complete the job for. Even if he has ordered and you have waited for parts, he will take them, drop your cash paid and leave. Turned out his determination of the problem was also wrong.
Smart guy. He fixed my washer quickly. He gave me an estimate before the repair was made. He cleaned my washer and left the area cleaner than when he got here. Cool dude. I have used him before and I will use him again.
WILL RIP YOU OFF AND IS RUDE WHILE DOING IT!! THIS MAN IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. HE WILL ALSO REPLACE PARTS THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY. I WAS TOLD BY 2 DRYER REPAIRMEN THAT I WAS RIPPED OFF, AND THEY LAUGHED WHEN I TOLD THEM WHO FIXED MY DRYER. NEEDLESS TO SAY AFTER $250 MY DRYER BROKE 3 MONTHS LATER. THIS "MAN" EVEN YELLED AT ME IN HIS SHOP, AND THEN SENT A RUDE LETTER TO MY HOME AFTERWARDS. EVERYONE I SPOKE TO ABOUT THIS SITUATION TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE CALLED TIMMY HALL. SO, SAVE YOUR $ AND YOUR TIME... OH, AND I WANT TO ADD THAT I HAVE NEVER EVER FELT COMPELLED TO WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT ANYONE IN MY LIFE... HOWEVER, THAT IS HOW MAD THIS SITUATION HAS MADE ME.
