Negligent. We took our sick puppy in twice and was told both times that he had an upset stomach. Because our pup was fully vaccinated he was never tested for Parvo. A simple test that could have possibly saved our pet's life. I believe our Toto contracted Parvo at Addison's as well being as he had surgery there exactly 1 week prior to getting sick. Save yourself and your children the heartache and go somewhere else to have your pet cared for.

I just wanted to stop in and say Dr. Addison and his staff were awesome with our new puppy ;) Dr. Addison sat and spoke with me about our puppy and answered all questions we had. Thank you Dr. Addison for offering a free health exam to our little rescue puppy and to you and your staff for your kindness ;)

I have had a wonderful experience with this Vet. Dr. Addison has been nothing but kind to all of our animals. He has dogs himself, and treats my animals with compassion, love, and the utmost professionalism. He is very reasonably priced, and accomadating to any schedule. He always plays with the animals, and is always willing to take time to explain, and answer any questions you may have. We have 3 dogs, and one diabetic cat, and he is just like family to them. I would whole heartly rec. Dr. Addison and do rec.him to my family and friends. Just give him a try, and I know you will agree.

Knowing my dog had a badly infected ear, vet roughly inserted an instrument & caused the dog to scream in pain. My response was "please be careful" & vet responded to that with "you wanna do this?" I gave no verbal response to his rudeness. He then roughly re-inserted the same instrument, again causing my dog extreme pain and resulting in more screams. He then falsely stated this dog had never had his ear examined before (untrue) and that the animal shelter had never given the dog any medical care (also untrue). Vet spoke in a demeaning way to me, calling me "mama" and accusing me of being over-protective of my dog. Vet told me more than once "give us a smile mama." I gave no response to any of this rudeness. This vet is the only person this gentle, docile dog ever growled at in his life. The vet discontinued the "exam" and retreated behind a desk, still charging me for a full exam. In all ways this is the most unprofessional vet I ever wasted money visiting.
