Welcome to the new Alpine Moose Lodge!! We are the new owners, and have been working over the last two years to make major improvements to the rooms and property. You will find our rooms to be some of the largest, with vaulted ceilings, wood floors, comfy beds, and all the amenities of home. Each room comes with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh ground gourmet coffee included). We've also opened up the property to our lodge guests, with a firepit and seating area on one end, and a social parlor with pool table, dart boards, and patio on the other end. We booked a room and planned dinner here. The room was old and filthy. The shower had that black line of mold in all the edges. The TV did not work. When I asked about the possibility of a different room, the owner laughed at me and said forget it. When I calmly explained what my problems were (other patrons were present) he became profane and aggressively came around the counter at me and told me to get out! If you want to take your family on a nice vacation in the Colordo mountains, stay in a filthy room and be cursed at and potentially assaulted by the owner by all means choose the Alpine Moose Lodge.
