horrible experience!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! RUDE EMPLOYEES!! the lady that answers the phone has the WORST customer service skills I've ever encountered. she acts like you're bothering her when you have a package that is missing and you're trying to locate it. she will not help you. I asked her to check to see if it was on their shelf for pick up and instead of checking, she asked me if I received a notice that it's there for pick up. what difference does it make?? It was supposed to be delivered in 3 days and it is still not there. the horrible reviews I see about this post office makes me think the recipient will never get it.

Rude and lazy employees who make a very lousy attempt at finding you package while being extremely rude. An employee called "Bretta" should not be allowed to speak to customers. Worst service ever.
