Today while shopping in Sally's, I witnessed one employee not working and one handling everything. I needed assistance with an item. A young lady walked by and I said, 'Miss can you help me?" She ignored me and kept walking to the register. I went to her and again asked for assistance. She advised me she would help me after she finished counting the money in the register. After waiting a bit, I took two items to the register to wait for her to finish. Each time I was by the register, there were four to five customers waiting to be checked out. One woman, Jean, was working constantly and being very accommodating to all. The young woman (did not see her name tag) seemed oblivious. She counted the money and tried to walk off when I stopped her. I asked about the products I was interesrpted in buying. She did nothing but read the info off the boxes. She was not helpful. Then, she left the area. Several customers made negitative comments about her not checking people out or trying to assist in any way. A short time later, she appeared among the shelves of merchandise - doing nothing. I was checked out by Jean and left. I had forgotten an item, so a short time later I returned toSall'y. Again, Jean was at the register. The other employee was in the shelves taking what sounded like a personal phone call while the were several customers waiting at the register. She doesn't realize that as a customer, I have choices as to where to shop. For now, It won't be in this store!
