  Lake Charles Urgent Care is accredited and certified by the Urgent Care Association (UCA) the industry’s trade association.  UCA defines urgent care as “healthcare provided on a walk-in (no appointment) basis for acute illness or injury that is not life or limb threatening, and is either beyond the scope or availability of the typical primary care practice or retail clinic.”

• Flu Shots
  Influenza and COVID-19 are both highly infectious respiratory illnesses, and they share some common symptoms, but they are not the same disease. For this reason, flu shots will not protect against COVID-19.

  Common urinary problems include frequency issues, infection, pain, kidney stone, and STD infections. Our providers diagnose and treat these conditions as well as symptoms associated with other urinary problems.

  Thank you for keeping me isolated and safe although you had multiple Covid-19 patients come in to the clinic while I was there.
Your radiology staff was excellent as y’all found that my ankle was sprained and not broken. I also appreciate being put in a different part of the facility from the sick people. I believe that you all did an excellent job. The walking boot for my foot/ankle injury is helping me with mobility. I appreciate all of the staff. This was my first visit to your facility.
