I needed a drug screen on a Saturday and every collection site in town was closed. I used their pager service and got a call within five minutes. My test was done less than 45 minutes later. Most of that time was just me traveling to the test site. There was no complications or delays. Hopefully the billing portion goes just as smoothly with no unexpected charges showing up when I get it. I would prefer to pay on site, but I guess they don't have that option on the weekend.
