Founded in 1985, Stevenson Systems Inc. provides building measurement and tenant calculations to commercial real estate owners and managers. Based in Laguna Niguel, Calif., the firm is one of the leading authorities on the BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association International) standard. The firm created the Stevenson Standard, the first truly comprehensive space accounting system that manages everything from initial measurements of a building, to the ongoing tenant lease square footage calculations and lease information. To help its clients market available space, the firm also produces marketing materials that can be used for promotion, or other general purposes. These include marketing flyers, Web assets, drawings and stacking diagrams, to name a few.
