These guys painted my car last week. I have an Honda Accord that had the defective clear coat that was peeling all over the place. My neighbor got his car repainted at Maaco in Laguna Niguel and it turned out really well, so I went in and got an estimate from Wally. Including a dent repair, I was beyond happy with the estimate. But I am even more pleased with the end result. They did a phenomenal job. My car looks new again. Wally and Troy are really good guys and I would definitely recommend them.

I was absolutely amazed at the professional paint job these guys did on my sons 1998 Toyota 4Runner. It looks like New. I gotta say I was real worried about what type of work they would do on his car. But it turned out so well. I was really impressed. It was the BEST!! And what a great price. Mr. Guzman promised me we would like their work and he was more than right. Excellent Value. I liked the work so much I brought in my EZ Go golf cart the next week and had them paint it also.

These are the nicest and most courteous professional body repair people in the area. I have had much auto body work done and these guys are the best!! The work they did was outstanding and when I went to pick up my car, it was washed and so clean and you never would know there was any damage. When my car wasn't ready, they even provided a ride home for me. I am going back to have more work done. Even though this company is a franchise, they provide a hometown neighborhood feel to this business. I would so recommend them any time.

This is a follow up to my 4/15/15 post. As noted on that post, the result was not good. I notified the State Bureau of Automotive Repair. They came out and met me at the shop. The new shop manager Renee was very courteous and professional. He took a look at my car and agreed it was substandard. He asked if I would allow him to correct the problem. I was hesitant but agreed. The result was very good. Renee and his team did a great job at corrected, prepping and painting my car. Renee kept me informed of the progress along the way and I appreciate his care and concern to satisfy the customer. I am pleased with the results. Thank you Renee for the great job!!

I was worried that the work would be inferior because the price was so lower than the other shops, but I am happy to say the work is outstanding. They matched the paint color perfectly. We are so pleased; all we can say is thank you.

Great experience here. Wally and Troy were awesome to deal with. Took my 1969 Chevy nova there and had some body work and paint done. Very cool guys knew there stuff and helped me out. Great price for the quality. They made sure I was happy with every step of the process. Will definitely come back

Came to pick up my car and there was a small dent in the door. They said come back in two days. It was fixed. They gave me a $200 discount!! I get compliments every day. Everyone thinks that I go a new truck!

I'm SO excited! I took my 2001 Honda Odyssey into Maaco last Friday - it was embarrassing to drive it. Dave was so much help going through the different options that they have to offer and the benefits of each of them - specifically because I have an older car that I probably didn't want to spent lots of money on a paint job. I left it with them with the promise I would have it in 3-5 working days. 4 days later Dave called. I loved his call - he let me know that my old car looked like me. Such a personal phone call! And when I picked it up today, I couldn't be happier. Literally looks like I just drove it off the lot. Great customer service from start to finish and a great paint job to boot! I will go back again!

Had my whole care painted here a couple months ago and I was a little nervous just because some of the reviews I did read. I decided to take my car in for a quote and Wally helped me, he was extremely helpful and professional. I decided to take my car in to get fixed and painted. The side of my car was side swiped and all the other quotes I got were way to high for the amount of work that actually needed to be done. The quote I got here was very reasonable and they did a great job! I would definite recommend

I went to many full paint shops, none were as professional as Laguna Niguel's staff. Ken Richards was great. He treats the car like they were his own. He can appreciate older cars and you will see many older cars at their location getting fresh paint. This is the place to go if you are restoring a vehicle and want a full paint job done.

I was in LA two weeks ago and a lady had scratched my car pretty bad on the passenger's back bumper. Good thing it wasn't hit and run, she left me a note giving me all her information. My experience with Maaco has been great! I went for a free estimate last Friday and I met David the manager of the shop. He gave me a great discount. Since I do Real Estate I am constantly on the road, so I explained To David that I needed the job to get done quickly. He told me to go back and drop my car off on Monday morning and that my car would be ready by Tuesday afternoon. As he promised my car was ready for pick up Tuesday at 3PM. They even cleaned my car. David's body shop went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I would highly recommend Maaco and working with David. He knows how to treat his customers!

They did a fantastic job on my 2001 Toyota! It looks like new again. They went to the trouble of calling Toyota to color match the original paint. Toyota's a kind of known for the clear coat oxidizing, which was happening to my vehicle. (Heck it was only 13 years old and parked out in the sun all the time.) After the paint work was done I brought my truck back for detailing and waxing about a month later. They brought in Luis Fraire as a detailer. He did a great job. It looks great. Thank you!

I was a little uneasy getting my car painted a different color but Wally and Troy made sure it came out perfect!! I came in for an estimate that was just a little higher then I wanted to spend. I recently had my 1999 Dodge Dakota painted here. They did a Great job, my truck looks better than it ever has. They also did a nice job of detailing my truck before I picked it up. Defiantly worth the investment!!!

I just had my roof painted on my 2002 BMW 525 that has 195k miles & It made my car look newer again! My original engine & body panels all look good already, but my roof had the clear coat fading away after all these years. Guess I had not kept up the wax jobs enough on top. I appreciate the value & timeliness of getting my car back to me. Thanks Maaco Staff!
