If I could give Bill a minus rating I would. First, I wait for him and he never shows up so I call him. He says he lost my number. He apolgies and says he's sick but he thinks he will better on Tuesday but he will call and let me know on Monday. Monday comes and it's evening and still no word so I call him. Tuesday morning no word. I call him again and leave a message. He calls back and says he is still planning on coming. He arrives and I tell him Windows won't shut down and about all the troubleshooting I did. I'm no expert but I'm not a beginner. I thought he was the expert. On the "phone" Bill tells me he could fix the problem I had with Paper Tiger. In person however, he doesn't even look at the program. Instead, he tells me to contact their support. I agree with him about having fewer programs on my pc. He then snaps at me "No matter what I tell you, you won't get rid of programs." I say "That is not true." and he snaps back again. Don't waste your money on Bill.

Looking for a good computer repair guy is not easy; some will take you to the bank. I found Bills computer Repair and after talking to him he came out to my home and worked on my kid?s computer. She had a lot of problems with it. He did a great job and even showed her how to use her computer better. Thanks for that bill. It meant a lot to me. The virus that was on her system was bad. He added a spyware removal and virus program that will help her out. I am luck to find some one so helpful I would recommend him to any one and every one. Thanks Steve

I have been burned by so many computer repair companies that the amount I have spent would now allow me to purchase a new laptop, a nice one with everything. Finally I decided to try a mobile service instead of dropping it off at some other company and waiting. Boy what a pleasant surprise. Bill himself arrives, on time, my first shock, then he corrects my problems in about 15 minutes, tells me that I do not need any of the new hardware that I had already purchased, per the insistance of my previous computer repair company, and says to return the hardware and get my money back. That was over $130 worth of hardware I was able to return, not bad. Then since he had fixed my problems in only 15 minutes he asked me what else could he do for me since I had to pay for a minimum of 1 hour and I still had 45 minutes left. So after mowing my lawn,doing the dishes and washing my car. OK, maybe I was kidding, but he did spend whatever time needed to fix little irritants in my computer as I remembe

You CAN count on Bill for your computer repair. Do not hesitate to call him for your home or your office computer needs. We have been using Bill at our office for at least three years and he always performs to our satisfaction. He gives you a window of time for his arrival and he has always shown up when he said he would. Bill has always been able to fix anything we have presented him with. We have found him to be trustworthy with our equipment and have used him for our home computer needs as well. He also gives us good tips that have proven to be very helpful.‎
