You work very hard to put money aside, in hopes that a home remodel could increase the value of your home and offer your family a better quality of life. Our kitchen is the heart of our home where most of our friends and family meets for the Christmas holidays. So aside from meeting Holly we did our homework and read a ton of reviews on other companies. Laguna Kitchen, Bath and Flooring had great reviews so writing this review really makes you wonder if those reviews were even real? My experience from the beginning was challenging with Holly. She had a personal matter that came up and did not even follow through with a written proposal. When I called and was told the personal problem. I respectfully gave her two weeks to handle her personal affairs. I know what its like to run a business and deal with a loss of a loved one. I also know that my business must go on and my service should not be affected, So after two weeks I initiated the call to Holly's office so I could receive a writte
