Kiet Loc, MD, was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and came to this country with her family at age 10. They settled in the San Diego area, where Dr. Loc lived as a young girl. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, where she graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Bioengineering. She received her M.D. from Penn State College of Medicine. She completed her training in California and at the University of Arizona, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Loc completed a Stroke Fellowship at the University of California, San Diego prior to joining Saddleback Valley Neuroscience Medical Group. Dr. Loc is a Board Certified Neurologist whose interests include managing complex stroke patients as well as general neurology. She especially enjoys caring for patients in the hospital environment. Dr. Loc resides in South Orange County with her husband and children.
