These guys are the best. The owner is actually the guy who does the final measurements and the product is the best. We shopped a lot of other places and can't be happier. Good clean installation and the price was verrry good. Our windows look fantastic...much better than the crappy stuff you will see at other places and our shutters are perfect. I can't say enough...

Dial One sold and installed windows and doors in a home we bought 5 year ago. The product was guaranteed for life to the original owners but was not transferable except for a year to a new owner. We were unaware of that requirement. Neither the door or window operated correctly or in my opinion was installed correctly. Calling Dial One we found out the manufacturer no longer made this window or had parts to fix the window. In speaking to the owner of Dial One it was apparent he was unwilling to find a reasonable solution to resolving the problem other then selling us a new window, since he did not want to stand by the manufacturer or the installation he provided even though both the installation and the product, in my opinion, was poorly provided regardless of whether the warranty was in effect or not. The question is would he honored the warranty if the original owners still lived in the house. I would not recommend Dial One under any circumstances.

This is not correct, they moved a year and a half ago to Irvine.
