I'm not dissatisfied with what he tried to do, i'm dissatisfied with his attidued and overal moral. He seemed like I was bothering him and he didn't want to help. My puppy WAS a family member, we loved her, we wanted the best for her! I hope that this will bring back his memory of why he chose to be a DVM! It's not always about the money, it's about helping and understanding what families are going through when their animal is sick and needs help! ACT LIKE YOU CARE! Wish I could give them 0 stars!!!!!

extremely rude staff as well as the vet. felt like i was imposing on them for bringing my dog. asked questions and received a 'smart alec" response (if i knew the answer, i wouldn't have asked). will not be going back.
