The facility is certified by Medicare and is located in Lafayette, Tenn. It features a dining room that also serves as a group activity and party area. Knollwood Manor also maintains a sunroom, therapeutic whirlpool, beauty parlor, and private and semiprivate rooms. The facility is owned and operated by Tri-Age Adventures, which also manages an assisted care living unit called The White House.
