Met with Mr. Rauch and discussed options for the driver's seat: 1) Selected cloth seat panel replacement or 2) Complete vinyl seat replacement. Opted for the vinyl seat, manufactured by Seat Shop, Plano, TX and Pat installed it after it arrived. Excellent result, as Southern Auto Interiors was the only listed installer in the Lafayette area for Seat Shop products. Thank you Pat, am enjoying my "new" ride.

Pat is the expert. He will recommend multiple ways to repair and let the customer take the lead. Once you've decided on what repair is best Pat will be sure to handle it in not just a speedy manor but a professional one as well. In the unlikely event a customers expectations weren't met Pat is not only able but willing to do whatever it takes to be sure the customer is content.

What this lady has failed to say is she bought this car from a used car lot who had it fixed before she purchased it. The lot wanted to save money and replace it with vinyl. I told her this and guess this used car lot didn't stand behind me.

Brought my car to redo my leather seats which had a tear and realized this company replaced one side with vinyl. The guy refused to redo the job and even had a bad attitude when I inquired about it. You can see the stitching threads sticking out from the end of what he's sewn and If I could give this business a zero I would. This place needs to be shut down and the owner should retire because obviously he need glasses. He could care less about how he handles your interior. Who matches leather and vinyl ???!!!! Don't waist your time nor money!!!
