- Premises LiabilityGreg joined the Onebane Law Firm in 1999 and practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment, oil and gas, and general litigation. He began his legal career in mortgages, collections, and Regulation Z cases. While an Assistant U.S. Attorney, he focused on narcotics prosecutions. He also handled cases which included civil rights, bank fraud, mail fraud, gun and explosives violations, narcotics, federal intimidation, extortion, counterfeit, bank robbery, import/export violations, and Medicare fraud. Upon leaving the United States Department of Justice, he entered private practice focusing on insurance defense, including premises liability, automobiles, insurance issues, and commercial liability. - Personal InjuryRoger began his legal career in the firm’s Admiralty and Maritime Section defending offshore personal injury and property damage claims representing a wide range of such clients as oil companies, service contractors, and vessel owners. Over the years his practice has evolved to include general oil and gas litigation, specifically defense of environmental and well drilling/production claims. In addition to litigation, he also maintains an active contractual advice practice drafting and negotiating Master Service Agreements and Drilling Contracts for clients.
