Continued.We pay rent for a one bedroom loft with no functional AC in 100 plus degree weather, but this isnt necessarily my only grievance about the property. The fountain in the central location of the shopping area has not worked for about a month or so. I was told the part was being shipped from FL more than two weeks ago. I guess it hasn't made it here yet :) There is also a water leak on the sidewalk of ZEOS where you will find someone has dumped bags of kitty litter to prevent another slipping accident from occurring. Disgusting. In all fairness, the staff is very nice. Unfortunately nice doesnt console an angry tenant with a broken AC who pays $1200 a month for rent. Im not complaining about the cost of rent, Im complaining because my AC isnt working. This is beyond unacceptable. Continued on third rewiew.......

This will be posted over several reviews since Im only allowed 1000 characters. My Husband and I moved to Mainstreet at River Ranch the first week of May 2009 from out of state. During our search for apartments and homes, we liked what we saw at Mainstreet. We found no negative reviews for this community and found it to be fairly nice in appearance. We decided to move into our new luxury apartment in June 2009.Unfortunately our AC went out the second week we were in our apartment and I currently have a portable AC in my living room for some comfort while I work from my home office. The date is now July 8, 2009. I was told it will be fixed tomorrow countless times and was advised a contractor would be out on June 29th to fix the leak. There was no contractor.Continued on second review..
