this is the best shop around . i had cars fixed in the pass and never received the kind of help are work like these guys have done for me !!!!! ( customer for life )

By far the most helpful shop in Lafayette. I have referred several people to them and they have all told me how grateful they were. They have always done fantastic work, fought with my Insurance when they tried to bully me, they always had answers for any questions I might have. We need more businesses like this one in Lafayette!

I had never been in need of collision repair before until recently. The dealership referred me to Landry's because they are the only Toyota certified dealership in this area. They were very helpful .. customer courtesy was a plus.. and my car remained Toyota certified. Would definitely recommend using them for auto body repairs

Quality work, great customer service, was very nice to know that Landry's does the repairs in the best interest of the customer and the customers vehicle being repaired. I was very thankful and appreciative to them for the repairs to my car. They stood their ground with the insurance company to get my vehicle back to pre-accident condition. Way to Go!

Landry's is by far the most expensive body shop in Lafayette, so, you would expect it to be the best...however, I was very disappointed! I went there on a recommendation from a friend because I had a brand new car that someone had wrecked in to and I wanted the car to be restored to "new" appearance. Landry's assured me they could do this. When I picked up my car, after 2 MONTHS!!! I got my car back with no pin stripe on the side, the entire side they had repaired looked like orange peel and there was trash in multiple places under the paint! I also had a rear door molding that fell off every time I closed the door! They also had assured me since I was paying a ridiculous amount of money to have my car repaired they would buff scratches from my trunk for me. They did not follow through with that either! I brought my car back to have the molding replaced and now that they have received payment they are in NO HURRY to help me! It has been over 6 months and I am still waiting!!

it's refreshing to find a shop that will repair my car for me and not just roll over to someone else's ins, company that is only looking to repair my car cheep great to work with
