I have used Flowers & More By Dean any time that I have had anything delivered from a florist. This week I ordered a gift basket that was to be delivered to my husband in another state. Flowers & More By Dean were extremely attentive and had everything taken care of. When the gift basket was delivered there were several issues with the order (not this company's fault but the fault of the company it was wired to). Tina (as well as everyone else I spoke to at Flowers & More By Dean) was very understanding and took every action that she could to help to rectify a situation that was unfixable. I am completely satisfied with this company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great florist who knows what great customer service is!!

For my wedding you guys did my flowers! Friendly staff and seemed willing to accomadate... But... On my wedding day my flowers had the wrong greenery and I believe it was due to having to deal with multiple people! Also there were a few other things incorrect. The only reason the greenery was a big deal to me was because its the same greenery my husband used when he gave me flowers. Instead I had this funeral looking greenery :( Not satisfied and hate to have to remember that about my flowers on my wedding day.
