I injured my elbow over the Christmas holidays and called for an appt, with any Physician that could see me because I was in alot of pain as I explained to the lady that answered the phone. She was not only rude and could not see me for a week; she would not even help me with a referral. I explained to her I was new to the area and she had 0 compassion & was still rude as she rushed me off the phone. I am a medical professional and would never treat any patient or potential patient the way I was treated. A Physician is only as good as the staff they hire because that is the patients first encounter. In pain and very dissapointed in Carencro. Angela Toussaint
