On 10-25-2016 I paid colburns in Lafayette ,La$3,843.80 for a number of products including two bathroom sinks that totaled $911.21.I was told everything would be in there in two weeks.On 11-16-2016 I called the store and was told some items were in. I picked up $2522.14 worth of products.The two bathroom sinks and one handel for my bathtub fixture did not come in.Agin was told it would be two weeks.Since we have been staying with relatives since the flood, after two weeks passed and still no sinks, we bought them from another seller.After not hearing from them at all, I went to the store to cancel our order for the two sinks on 12-29-2016. Then I was told the rest of my order was in.I picked up the handle that cost $$51.87 and canceled the two sinks that we paid $911.21 for they said they would mail our refund.By 2-1-2017 I had not received a refund.I call the store and they only want to refund a couple of hundred dollars.I spoke to a couple of supervisors was promised to call me on 2-8-2017 so I could meet with him at the store on Ridge road in Lafayette so he could explain things to me. Has not called so far.Not sure what step to take next.Buyers don't waste your time or money at colburns.
