General Info

In my time as a counselor I have worked with a multitude of clients with a vast array of struggles. I try to help each person give a voice to their struggles and work towards living a whole and successful life. I use a blend of Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Play Therapy which I adapt to the needs and preferences of the client. I believe that it's important to include family in counseling creating a supportive environment for the child and work on issues as a team
