This location sends people out to your home to get you to switch carriers(phone plans), they promise you everything, but do not deliver.An AT&T employee (Jordan Bourg) told me I'd have the $1,300($6502) switch rebate within 4-6 weeks...it still has not come in...7 weeks later.I have called him and texted Jordan multiple times, he says he'll take care of the problem and call back, never called back.I called the rebate company and they have nothing on file, and told me it will take an additional 10 to 12 weeks to receive to switch rebate Visa cards.Meanwhile, my Sprint bill was due a week ago.Stay away from this location, and don't trust anyone that comes to your home trying to get you to switch to AT&T.
