Provided by YP.comExtremely unprofessional. They never payed us our rent on time or fixed minor issues with the house that we requested. When we complained, we were ignored for a week until we called and were told that we could just cancel with them without any apology or trying to make amends.

Provided by YP.comThe management and the maintenance will ignore your issues. Our apartment flooded on December 16 and they have yet to take care of our issues. We have filled out several reports and called, but to no avail. We have been told, “we don’t have time to fix it;” “we don’t know when we can get it done;” and, because part of our ceiling is falling in, “it seems like you’re concerned because your apartment is unsightly.” It’s been six weeks and no plan of action has been drawn up. We are looking for a new place to live.

Provided by YP.comThe manager of Titan is one of the most rude, unprofessional people I have ever encountered. If you like being yelled at, insulted, cut off, and personally criticized then this is the manager and company you want to deal with. The manager is not willing to work with you and "doesnt feel like dealing with the paperwork" in order to try and help you. Despite paying for a full month of rent, you will not be able stay until the end of the month (well some people are allowed to stay, it depends on the managers mood). No matter how many maintenance request you put in, things will not be fixed. The apartments are riddled with mold and mice. All I am saying is it would be wise to rent elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comI did not actually get around to being a tenant for Titan, however, I did sign their "commitment agreement." The agreement is in conjunction with a commitment deposit, which will be attributed to your security deposit once a lease is signed. The agreement has a clause that states the refund is non-refundable unless it is paid prior to the applicant being denied through their formal application process. They tell you repeatedly that the agreement does not guarantee the property, and that you must be approved through their application process. If you ask, they will tell you that you will absolutely be refunded if formally denied, but in reality, you will be forced to take them to small claims court where the leasing agent, Chemai, has no qualms committing perjury, stating they told you that you were approved at the signing of the commitment agreement.
In my personal case, this is exactly what happened. I knew that I would be denied on the application process for various reasons, but I was going to use my girlfriend's proof of income and information to be approved. So, I signed the agreement and paid the $800 deposit. My girlfriend, for more various reasons, needs the health insurance that her current job provides (in Michigan) so she couldn't move by the "committed" move in date, and therefore neither could I.
No big deal, I'll explain the situation to Titan and ask for my deposit back. If they say no, I'll apply, get denied and get my deposit back. So that's what I did, and I was found disapproved so I emailed Titan to let them know if I did not receive my deposit I would have to take them to small claims court.
I end up having to take them to small claims court. I bring all the proper evidence to show that Titan never attempted to contact me after the submission of my application, deeming me disapproved as well as all the proper evidence to show that in our legally binding contracts, I should be refunded my deposit. In the end, it came down to Chemai lying under oath to the honorable Judge Laura Zeman, stating they had told me that I was approved at the signing of the "commitment agreement." Apparently, in Judge Zeman's court, legally binding contracts and physical evidence hold no weight when pitted against the word of a morally bankrupt leasing agency, and she awarded me nothing. I assume she was punishing me for "rolling the dice."

Dont rent from them. They are dishonest and not friendly. they charge way too much for what you get and it takes forever for anyone to fix a problem.
