Tosha trained as a physical therapist in Germany. She graduated from the European College of Osteopathy and has over 15 years of experience in the health and medical field. In California she is licensed as a massage therapist which allows her to legally practice the modalities she learned in osteopathy school in Munich, Germany. Tosha treats adults, infants and children. Tosha uses osteopathic manual techniques which loosen blockages in the spine and joints, relaxe tight muscles and align dysfunctional body mechanics. The body as a unit and therefore the practitioner treats the whole person versus just the area of pain or discomfort. The therapist examines the client carefully and develops a treatment plan depending on individual needs. Conditions which respond well to osteopathic treatment include neck and back pain, sciatica, headaches, neurological disorders like Bell's Palsy, post surgery and post injury recovery, tightness in the jaw, and post-traumatic stress syndrome. Infants and children who receive treatment suffer from birth trauma, inconsolable crying, sleep difficulties, digestive issues (colic), developmental delay, ADD, ADHD, scoliosis, dental and orthodontic problems.
