Reconditioning is an integrated physical training process developed at Absolute Center that returns your body to a balanced and fully functioning system. You can begin with a Postural Assessment to determine the areas of focus for your training. We discuss your goals, injuries, strengths and vulnerabilities, and set you on the path to a fully functioning body. Our training includes Pilates-based exercise, myofascial release work, static and dynamic stretching, core, balance and neuromuscular reactive work as well as resistive training.
