Worse experience ever at a hair salon. They pulled my hair out with each comb though I could hear it breaking each time. she blew dried my hair and had it on high heat holding it in the same spot till tears came down my face. I feel as though she was doing it on purpose. If blisters appear I will go to the better business Bureau and report her license to the state.

Styist Christina (or woman working there) called my 11 year old daughters "not normal" and "bad". My daughter has mixed hair (black/white). It is VERY thick and VERY curly, and is not easy. The stylist actually said she was going to cut out any knots she could not comb through. I gave her an out and said that if she couldn't do it that was okay and I would take her somewhere else. She said that she could do it and then when she realized it was too much insulted my daughter. Horrible customer service and I only hope my daughter doesn't remember everything that was said.
