Had work done on generator cost 400.00 did not fix had to get another company to fix it and was covered under warranty. Why then did I have to pay so much for nothing. Woulod not recommend this company for anything.

Ask to get a price to replace cold air returns . Wanted to change duct work slightly,but was told we don't do custom duct work lol. Anyone that knows about heating and cooling are laughing also. Should not be in business. Had someone else do it with ease.

I had 3 other companies over before Klemat, my pilot light on my boiler furnace would light yet not stay on. The first company (Air Serv) sent someone that compounded any problem and didn't reassemble the pilot correctly and left me with a FIVE inch yellow flame. I replaced the as valve and thermocoule, with help from a friend, same problem. I had a second company come this morning (O'Donnell) that wanted $800 for a furnace cleaning or tried to scare me into buying a new one. Klemat came, and did replace the thermocouple, though I just put one on, it could have been defective, am returning mine to Valu. He adjusted the pilot and reassembled the burners and pilot correctly. The furnace is on! I have heat. The service call was $80 and $38 for the thermocouple, a bit of a markup but I am fine with that after what I have been through with the previous companies. I feel so much better!

Prompt service, but the repair man that showed up did not know anything about my furnace. He immediately wanted to replace a 5 year old furnace. He also told me that the problem was the igniter, it had to be cleaned. The igniter had been replaced 1 hr earlier. He never tested a single thing on the furnace before he told me it was a $400 part. I gave him is $80 and sent him on his way. I took the part out myself, which the supply store told me it was $200. They also told me that the part was fine! Buyer beware!
