I have been to this salon twice and both my experiences were less than acceptable. The first time was about 6 months ago with Carli. I had her pre-lighten some of my hair to put a magenta color in and the rest was a dark brown base color. While she was blow drying my hair I noticed a spot in the front that didn't take the color, it was still bleached out. She finished blow drying and was ready to send me on my way. I mentioned to her about the light spot in the front of my hair and she said "Oh, looks like the color didn't take" Yea, that was pretty obvious. My guess is that if it was in the back of my head and I hadn't seen it, she probably would have let me leave without saying anything. That was very disappointing. So I had to come back a couple days later and have her fix it. The end result was great but it took 2 appointments and 6 hours to get there. My second experience was a couple nights ago with Erica. Again, same scenario... Pre-lighten my roots, apply the magenta and a brown base color. I asked Erica how long she had been doing hair, she said 5 years. I'm not sure how long she has been at this salon, she never really answered me on that one. But I have never seen anyone apply color like she did, she didn't separate the magenta from the brown, just kind of twisted it and clipped it on my head so hopefully they wouldn't be touching each other and mixing color. It was such a mess, if I had to guess how long she'd been doing hair from the way she applied the color I would have thought less than 5 months. In the end I walked out with dark brown hair dye all over my forehead, ears, cheek and multiple spots on my neck. I was appalled she let me leave the salon like that. For the premium price they charge their clients, I had a much higher expectation of the whole experience. I will never go back to this salon and I will never recommend it to anyone. I gave them two chances and it was bad both times. Never again.
