This Office Depot was "above average" in service. I was impressed. I was approached by "Bill" who asked if I needed assistance and where I was considering the "Toshiba Satellite L55 laptop) where he was knowledgeable. I was offered a program which would back-up my HD. This was for $29.99. I declined because I already have Iolo's System Mechanic, which does that and more. Rather than Iolo, I DID purchase their 2 year purchase protection plan. I always do that with ALL electronics. As mentioned, I brought it home and while setting it up, wthin 15 minutes, a warning of overheating appeared. You couldn't continue and locked out. I called Office Depot and spoke with "Bill" again who really was so helpful where he had anther unit hand delivered from another store. I returned home and as I write on my NEW Toshiba laptop it's GREAT !!!! Thank you Office Depot for helping me perform my online home work better. Everyone reading this... go here and enjoy it's "everything".

Efficient, friendly and helpful. I had several sets of 24 x 36 plans to copy and it was done quickly.
