They are really attentive to pain and discomfort and caring real positive experience professional.

They are all wonderful and ask me how I am doing makes me feel more comfortable. They also keep their facility very clean.

I have been a loyal patient here for years now, and I have had a great experience. They are a staff of very efficient people, I can tell because I am always checked in right on time, and I don't think I've ever had to wait for an appointment to start. They are very thorough with my teeth cleanings, which is great, I love the feeling of my teeth afterwards! The hygienist is wonderful, I fully appreciate them as much as my dentist!

When trying to reschedule an appointment I called on Friday to change my Monday appointment. I left a message. Later on Monday I called to makeup that appointment and the next day received a bill for $75 for a Broken appointment fee. After talking with 2 office workers and was told they have strict policies and could not change the fee and they were closed on Friday so I would have had to call on Thursday. You must call 48 hours in advance but they do not give you a reminder call but less than 24 hours before. I have a family of 7 who all go to this dentist 2 X a year and have had several crowns and frequent them often. I would think in the name of good business and customer service they should have made an exception.
