Best auto place hands down i never feel ripped off or gouged often times Quinton dosent even charge me for easy things or small stuff & if i wanna fix it myself he explains exactly what i need to do n gives me a printout i buy all my tires here n get all my repairs i cant do done here there honest n fair & from tires to work Quinton has always stood behind it even mounted and balanced a tire on my double axle trailer tire h gave me the tire for free just because thats how they are

I love this place they always help me out & take care of simple things most often with little or no cost to me and i never feel like im being gouged or overcharged or have i ever been pushed to do unnessary work & Quinton is a good honest hard working guy n if you talk to him for 2 minutes its obvious. Scratched up our console on our new Chrysler, they repaired but still didn't own up to their mechanics carelessness, Used them for a synthetic oil change on our BMW, just under $600.00 for their mess up. The mechanic used an impact wrench, stripping aluminum oil pan threads!! Used them for our son's Honda, blamed his driving on their defective parts. We gave them the opportunity to make it right, they didn't. Cost us a trip to the Honda dealership to replace all their inferior parts!! They don't honor their work or their parts, we "WERE" loyal customers. Honda stated cheap rotors!!! Had to turn them again and shave them, even went to Goodyear in Seattle and through Courtesy's referral and that was no better, came up with story about our son using the neutral and causing problems.............. REALLY, what a lame excuse!

I was drawn by the Goodyear name and sold on the quality of work, friendliness of staff, and fair prices.

love the place they are helpful friendly and work on the problem until it is solved. Never have charged me more than expected.
The problem: Wipers would not turn off. Complaint/Gripes: STAY AWAY! 1. Shabby Workmanship 2. Created a problem that did not exist prior to them working on the vehicle 3. Charged me for non existent parts 4, Incorrect Reassembly I cannot recommend this shop they said that they replaced a part that did not exist on my car. They charged me a $45 diagnosis fee and claimed to replace a relay in my main fuse box under the hood charge for the resistor was $15. The total bill was $60+ tax. The problem persisted (it was not fixed) I took the car back in and they told me that the ?Real problem? was a relay on my wipers Cost of the relay $130 + $40 labor. This finally fixed the wiper problem but the wiper motor now makes an awful loud noise that did not exist before they ?Repaired it ? also the weather striping was lose and they did not replace the clips for the wiper shroud the must have thrown them away.
One of the best auto repair shops I've dealt with. The owner/operator is honest, fairly priced and all his techs are through. They charge only for required services and always back up their work.
