But they do service those areas including Portland and Seattle.
We do NOT recommend using this company! This company was very unprofessional. They were rude to us in both the pick up and return. Their items were not well kept, or clean or in good shape. Many of the pieces to the dance floor had broken parts. They are not willing to work with you or be very nice. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Make your party a great celebration but use someone else. Very disappointed in the way they operate! We are sorry we didn't listen to the other reviews we read. We will never use them again.
If you are in need of a company who can deliver excellent service, treat you with respect and acknowledge when they have made a mistake. THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU!!! They will never get my business again nor will I recommend them to anyone. A successful business learns how to treat their customers and their property with some respect.
It would be nice if the store actually listed the truth on the web when searching for party rentals, as Lacey is not in Grays Harbor or Raymond as the advertisement stated. Putting prices on the web would be nice.
