Company lacks management and communication skills. Corporate doesn't offer employees proper training; expects them to do superb with only watching a poor quality recording of someone attempting to teach. Would not take my family there, other places have more to offer. Would only give one star but because I know there are SOME good nurses and CNA's there I'll give it two stars.
