Jim, the owner, when confronted about a low spot on the driveway he poured, he said the spot was not low, it was the plants attracting he water from the driveway. It was demonstrated by putting a garden hose on the ground pointing away from the house, the water flowed toward the house. He also stated that putting a garden hose on the ground is not the same as rain. I don't understand that logic. According to Jim, water flows up hill to plants.
