• Drywalls
  Vinyl Acrylic Latex (PVA) - Used mostly in interior wall paints and trim enamels. Provides excellent washability, yellowing resistance, ease of applications and self-sealing properties. Fast dry allows applications of two coats in one day. Does not raise the "grain" of drywall fibers. Limitations are inferior wet adhesion, water resistance, alkali resistance and gloss and color retention versus acrylic latexes.

  We can add color lines to buildings, enhance elevations, delete landscaping, cars, etc. We then provide a full re-colorized photo of the same building as an after picture. This is a way to visually see what colors compliment and what colors do not, before any actual work is started.

  Find and remove the sources of moisture. Control moisture with adequate venting, stopping leaks and acrylic caulking. Remove all of the blistered areas and other loose paint by scraping and sanding. Power washing recommended for large areas.
