The placement of the garage on my property was not in line with my TO SCALE drawing. Thus, the garage door is too close to my house, making it difficult to drive in/out. They forgot they were doing a brick foundation until it was too late. Thus, brick foundation design does not match the brick foundation design of the house. Garage foundation has a brick ledge whereas the house does not. Built a patio between the garage and the house. The patio had about 2-3 inches of fall in about 3 feet. To put this in perspective, you only need 1/8 of an inch of fall per foot for water to flow. They did "fix" this by grinding up the top portion of the patio and capping it. My furniture still rocks significantly in places and the concrete is cracking. I have not yet notified them of the cracking. They are so difficult to deal with, I dread it. It was a constant battle with them as a contractor, and I had to be so involved, I should have just contracted it myself. Job took longer than promised as well
